Dear you-know-who-you-are,
I hope that you will, first of all, appreciate the fact that I mention no names. I happened to chance upon your blog and read the post dating, 09 August 2006. And to tell you the truth, I found it rather disturbing. I decided to tag you and explain to you what actually happened but I realised that you haven't got any board for me to tag. So I had to approach YW for help. Please, if you have anyone to blame, blame me.

Okay. Let's start.

I am terribly sorry for spoiling your mood and turning up, well, "uninvited". Had I known that my presence will spoil and get into your way of having fun, I'd certainly not have turned up. However, what is done is done. What happened, happened. So I guess, the only thing I can do now is to explain to you what was the actual plan on our side. In return, I wish that you will not flare up and read till the end. Pardon me for my terrible use of language as well.

I believed that you did not know what I was, in fact, invited along to watch the fireworks. But because it was sort of a last minute thing, so I can't say much. Much less, blame you for saying that. What I found disturbing was that you said that you were in quite a bad mood due to ONE uninvited guest. At that time, I was with 3 other guy friends. So it wasn't exactly ONE. In addition, if I knew that most of you were unhappy, I could and would have left with my friends. Then again, that was 'IF I knew.'

I felt that you could have approached me or any of us, or if you were shy, you could have told YW, Daren, Keith or even Eugene(he's my primary school friend) that you are not happy with the fact that we turned up. I think that any of us would have got the hint and leave.

Reading on, you also mention 'since uu lyk her so much, then join them lorr'. Seriously, I felt injust for YW. Clearly, you did not seem to understand YW's rationale of doing so. It was not out of 'like', in your terms and my inference, that he kept us company. He asked us along so he felt that it was only the right thing to do to keep us company lest we feel left out. I seriously don't think that it was fair to him nor me.

Without doubt, you have spent more time with YW than me, in fact, you have known him longer than I did. My personal impression of YW is that he is a guy who knows what is responsibility. He felt that he was obliged to keep us company because he asked us along. If you felt that I had 'stole' YW away from you and your friends, I apologise.

Contradictedly, I didn't understand what was that smile for. At least, it looks like a smile to me. 'cause I usually put smiles like that, =). Your's so happened to be the opposite. You obviously seemed very put off with whatever happened.

I think you have developed the ability of only being able to spot girls. Throughout that 3-4 lines, you kept shooting me. Were my friends that transparent? I don't think that grew up eating 'glass'. Once again, I don't think it was fair to me.

Sorry that my presence affected you so much. I never knew that I could create such a deep impact on a person like that. I hold by my words, I would not have turned up had I known things will turn out this way. Frankly, I rather that you turned up and have fun with YW and your friends than I coming and thus causing such a big hoo-ha.

All that I had said above comes from my heart. Although it was tough to avoid my usual way so as to prevent more social collision, but I think that it is worth it if you had really taken time and read the entire post. If you are fuming now, please re-read again. I think you might have got the wrong idea of certain parts. Otherwise, you can ask YW for my contact. I'd gladly explain it all over again.

I sincerely hope that a day's incident and misunderstanding would not have jeopardized your friendship with him. YW is really a fanstastic guy with great sense of responsibilty. Please do not be mistaken, I am NOT in love with him NOR have I developed any special kind of feelings for him. He's just a good friend of mine.

Let bygones be bygones. =)
